Glass bottle – medicine bottle with black-gold dropper is a professional packaging intended for precise dosing of liquid preparations where control of every single drop is important. Thanks to the high-quality glass and functional dropper, it is suitable for packaging cosmetic serums, oils, concentrated extracts and other preparations that require hygienic and convenient dosing directly from the packaging.
Dark glass provides natural protection of sensitive components from light, helping to reduce degradation of active substances and contributing to longer stability of the contents. The integrated dropper enables precise and repeatable dosing, which will be appreciated by manufacturers of cosmetics, aromas and concentrated solutions. The packaging is suitable both for home formulations and for smaller artisan and semi-professional product batches.
This packaging is supplied as a combination of glass medicine bottle and dropper, which has been created on Handymade as a functional and tested set. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Before the first filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and drying the bottle and the dropper. Then it is advisable to disinfect the entire packaging, including the pipette, using a suitable alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or denatured plant-based ethanol. After disinfection, allow all parts to evaporate naturally and only then fill the container with the final formulation.
The bottle with dropper can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed, particularly for the same type of products. With each reuse, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the packaging, wash the glass part with a suitable cleaning agent, rinse well and dry completely. Before refilling, the packaging and the dropper must always be disinfected using alcohol, for example IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 %, and the container should be refilled only after the alcohol has completely evaporated.
For even dosing, it is important not to overfill the bottle and to leave sufficient headspace for air in the upper part of the container. After filling, check that the dropper is tightly screwed on and then test the dosing with a small amount of product. For thicker oils or more viscous blends, we recommend testing the suction and dripping rate so that you can, if necessary, adjust the formula or the method of application according to the behaviour of the specific formulation.
Before recycling, it is advisable to empty the packaging as much as possible and remove any product residues. The glass part of the bottle usually belongs in the container designated for glass, while the dropper may be composed of several materials (plastic head, rubber part, glass pipette). We recommend following the instructions of the local waste collection system and the recycling recommendations given in the parameter table for the specific product on Handymade. In case of doubt, it is best to dismantle the individual parts and sort them according to the type of material so that recycling is as effective as possible.
