Glass bottle – medicine bottle with nasal spray is a professional packaging solution suitable for precise dosing of liquid preparations in the form of a fine nasal spray. The reliable glass material helps protect the contents from external influences and is suitable for longer-term storage of carefully formulated solutions. Thanks to the high-quality sprayer, the packaging is ideal for application wherever controlled, hygienic and repeatable dosing is required.
This product represents a ready-made combination of a glass medicine bottle and a nasal atomiser, designed for convenient and effective use. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – especially in terms of sealing, dosing, and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, essential oils, etc.). In this way you will verify that the selected packaging will work together with your product in the long term without undesirable changes.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling it is important to thoroughly clean and disinfect the packaging and the nasal atomiser in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection we recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol in a quality suitable for cleaning packaging, available in our range as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol and ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly and only then refill them.
We recommend first disassembling the nasal sprayer into individual parts according to the construction possibilities and rinsing them in clean water. Then disinfect the components by immersing or rinsing them in a solution of a suitable alcohol (e.g. products from our range IPA or ethanol) and let them dry naturally at room temperature. When cleaning, we do not recommend using aggressive chemicals or mechanical tools that could damage the nozzle or seals, so that the dosing remains even and reliable.
The medicine bottle with nasal spray is most suitable for low-viscosity, clear or slightly turbid liquid formulations that need to be applied in a small amount in the form of a fine mist or stream into the nasal cavity. These may be cosmetic and wellness solutions containing plant extracts, hydrolats, minerals or a slight proportion of alcohol. For thicker emulsions or oils we always recommend doing a trial filling and spray test to verify whether the dispersion and dosing meet your requirements.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it responsibly. The glass part of the bottle should be emptied and, if necessary, rinsed of any product residues and placed in the container designated for glass according to local waste sorting rules. The plastic sprayer (including the tube and plastic components) should be separated from the glass and placed in the container for plastic, if the local collection system allows this. For specific material combinations always follow the recommendations in your town or municipality and the information given in the product parameters on our website.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the selected packaging category. In the filter you can conveniently choose parameters such as neck type, size, colour and material of the packaging. In this way you can quickly narrow the offer down to bottles, medicine bottles, jars or other containers that best correspond to your product, the required dosing and the final design.
