Transparent plastic dispensing bottle with smoky top represents a practical and modern packaging for cosmetic and hygiene formulations that require convenient and controlled dispensing. Thanks to the transparent body, you have a good overview of the contents and their consumption, which is advantageous for both professional and home use. This type of bottle is suitable for packaging various liquid and semi-liquid products that you need to protect from contamination during everyday use.
The packaging is designed to combine an aesthetic appearance with functionality and easy handling. The transparent plastic bottle allows visual control of the texture and colour of the product, the smoky top gives an elegant look and at the same time helps to differentiate individual products in the range. Appropriate dosing reduces waste and helps maintain the stability and hygiene of the contents throughout the entire period of use.
The standalone plastic bottle is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems according to the selected product parameters. In practice, it can be combined with screw caps, dispensing pumps, fine mist sprayers or other practical applicators that make it easier to apply the preparation and help optimise consumption.
The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – in particular sealing, dosing, behaviour of the packaging during repeated use and the contact of the specific formulation with the plastic material. Own tests are especially important for products with a higher alcohol content, active substances or with non-standard textures.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Detailed data on the type of plastic, suitable storage conditions, filling limit and recommended use can be found directly in the technical documentation for this product. Before starting production, we recommend becoming familiar with the certificate and comparing it with the requirements of your specific formulation.
Yes, the packaging can be reused under normal use, provided you follow basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and the inner and outer surfaces disinfected. For disinfection, we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol in a quality suitable for cosmetic use, which you can find in the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After cleaning, allow the packaging to dry completely in order to avoid dilution or deterioration of the new filling.
First rinse the bottle with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent to remove residues of the original product. Then rinse several times with clean water so that no surfactant or fragrance residues remain in the container. After mechanical cleaning, it is important to disinfect the packaging with a suitable alcohol solution and let it dry naturally in a clean environment. Do not use boiling, a microwave oven or a dishwasher in order to avoid the risk of plastic deformation and deterioration of the function of the dispensing mechanism.
This plastic dispensing bottle is not intended for filling with hot or very warm mixtures. When exposed to higher temperatures, softening and possible deformation of the plastic may occur, which negatively affects sealing and dosing functionality. We recommend always filling only cooled or room-temperature formulations and avoiding long-term storage in a high-temperature environment (for example in a car in direct sunlight). The packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend recycling it according to the type of plastic stated in the product parameters and in the Packaging Quality Certificate. First remove product residues, rinse the interior of the bottle with water and, according to local rules, sort it into the appropriate container for plastic waste. If the packaging consists of several parts (body, top part, possible dispensing mechanism), follow the material symbols on the individual components and sort them separately if possible. By correct sorting, you support the reprocessing of plastic and reduce the environmental burden.
To select suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on a specific category, for example bottles or jars. In the advanced filter, you can clearly set parameters such as the type of neck, pack size, colour or material. By combining these criteria, you quickly narrow down the offer to packaging that best corresponds to the type of your product, the dosing requirements and the visual presentation of your brand.
