The cap is designed as a universal screw closure for cosmetic packaging, therefore it is suitable not only for liquid but also for slightly thicker preparations, such as emulsions or lighter cream products. For very thick formulations, however, we recommend performing a practical-use test to verify that the dosing of the selected bottle together with this cap meets your requirements.

Can I reuse the cap when refilling the bottles?

The cap can be reused, provided the good mechanical condition of the packaging is maintained, always under strict adherence to hygiene principles. Before each new filling, we recommend cleaning the cap thoroughly and then disinfecting it with a suitable preparation, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. In this way you reduce the risk of microbial contamination and ensure the stability of your cosmetic products.

How should I properly clean the cap before disinfection?

Before the disinfection itself, it is advisable to remove product residues and impurities from the cap. It is recommended to rinse it with suitable soapy or cleaning water, then rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
