The glass pharmaceutical bottle with dispenser for creams is a practical and aesthetic packaging for carefully formulated cosmetic preparations. Thanks to the precise dispensing mechanism, it enables hygienic and controlled application of products without unnecessary contact with air or fingers. The transparent glass facilitates visual control of the contents and has a premium look in both home and professional cosmetics production.
The glass pharmaceutical bottle is supplied as packaging with a dispensing system designed to ensure comfortable and controlled pumping of creamy products. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging cooperates reliably with your specific product under real conditions of use.

The dispensing pharmaceutical bottle is designed primarily for creamy and emulsion preparations with standard cosmetic viscosity. Before finally including it in your sales, we recommend doing a trial filling and testing the dosing to verify smooth pumping and complete closing with your specific formulation.
Before filling, it is advisable to clean the bottle mechanically, remove dust and impurities and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. For disinfection of the inner surface we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol in cosmetic grade, for example products available on Handymade: IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Allow the packaging to dry thoroughly before filling.
Yes, the glass pharmaceutical bottle is suitable for repeated use with gentle handling, provided that you follow basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling it is necessary to clean the bottle and the dispensing mechanism as thoroughly as possible, rinse them and then disinfect them with an alcohol solution, for example using the preparations IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. In this way you reduce the risk of microbial contamination and extend the stability of your cosmetic products.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend allocating it to sorted waste collection according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. Place the glass part of the bottle, after cleaning off product residues, into the glass container. It is advisable to separate the dispensing head and any plastic parts and sort them according to the type of plastic indicated on the packaging marking or hand them over at a collection yard. Respect local waste sorting rules so that the material can be recycled efficiently.
