Glass bottle medicine vial – black-silver dropper represents a professional packaging solution for carefully formulated liquid products, especially cosmetic and functional preparations that require precise dosing. The dark glass helps protect sensitive components from external influences during storage and use, while the dropper enables controlled and hygienic dispensing of the contents.
Thanks to the use of high-quality glass, this little bottle is a stable solution for packaging oil-based, water-based and alcohol-based bases. The combination of medicine vial and dropper in one set supports accurate drop-by-drop dosing, which is particularly appreciated for formulations with a higher concentration of active substances or aromatic components.
This packaging is supplied as a combination of glass medicine vial with black-silver dropper, which is ready for direct use without the need to purchase additional components. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Before first filling, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle and the dropper and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. For disinfecting the packaging you can use technical isopropyl alcohol or ethanol of appropriate purity, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After treatment, let all parts air out and dry thoroughly to minimize residual alcohol odour and moisture inside the packaging.
The glass medicine vial can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, however, it is necessary to wash the packaging and the dropper thoroughly, check their mechanical condition and then disinfect them, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Make sure that no residues of the previous formulation or moisture remain inside the packaging, as these could affect the stability and safety of the new batch of product.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend that after emptying and basic cleaning you recycle it according to the material specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the vial is usually placed in the container intended for glass, while the plastic or composite parts of the dropper should be directed to sorted waste collection according to the type of material used (e.g. plastic or another packaging component). Always follow local waste-sorting rules and the information on material composition in the parameter table on the product page.
The integrated dropper is particularly practical for low- to medium-viscosity liquids such as aqueous solutions, oils, light serums or aromatic blends. It allows dosing drop by drop, which is advantageous for concentrated preparations or wherever it is important to repeat the dose precisely with each use. For very thick formulations, we recommend testing the dripping speed and smoothness on a small trial sample before final filling.
