The glass bottle with a transparent body and a glossy white-silver dispenser represents a practical and aesthetic packaging for high-quality cosmetic formulations, serums and other liquid products where precise and hygienic application is important. Thanks to the glass used and the dispensing system, the bottle is suitable for packaging preparations that require a stable environment, protection against contamination and controlled dispensing without unnecessary product waste. Glass is a long-term proven packaging material for liquid and slightly viscous products, because it is chemically stable, easy to clean and also suitable for smaller production batches or handmade cosmetic manufacturing.
This packaging is supplied as a functional combination of a glass bottle and a glossy white-silver dispenser, designed for convenient and hygienic dispensing of the contents. The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the bottle can be reused if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable product, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and affecting the stability of the new refill.
Before reuse, we recommend disassembling the bottle (separating the dispenser from the glass), rinsing it thoroughly with a suitable detergent, then with clean water and allowing it to dry. Afterwards, the internal surfaces must be disinfected, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, in order to minimize the risk of contamination of the new formulation. For the dispenser it is necessary to verify that the selected disinfectant does not affect the functionality of the plastic parts and seals.
The glass bottle with dispenser is suitable for professional and hobby cosmetic production in smaller batches. It is recommended to use it for concentrated serums, elixirs and special facial care, where precise dosing and a representative appearance of the packaging are important. When planning your formulas, you can test the viscosity and behaviour of the product in the dispenser in advance, to be sure that the mechanism ensures smooth and even dosing without clogging.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the type of material stated in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle should, after being emptied, be placed in a container intended for glass. The dispenser and other non-metal components are usually sorted into plastic waste, and any metal components into metal waste. Before recycling, it is advisable to remove product residues and disassemble the packaging as far as possible, so that the individual materials go into the correct collection container.
