The matte black-gold plastic dispenser 24/410 is a practical solution for convenient, controlled and hygienic dispensing of liquid and gel formulations. Thanks to the precisely designed dispensing head, it helps reduce product waste and ensures a repeatable amount with each press, which is ideal for both cosmetic and technical preparations.
The dispenser is suitable for packaging various liquid products where precise and clean application is important – from day and night care products to soaps or body emulsions. The reliable closing mechanism minimizes the risk of unwanted leakage of the contents during normal handling and transport, provided the dispenser is correctly fitted onto a compatible bottle.
This dispenser is intended for use with compatible bottles with a corresponding neck type according to the parameters specified for the product. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially when using active substances, essential oils or high concentrations of alcohol.

The dispenser is designed for dosing common liquid and gel formulations such as soaps, body lotions and lighter cream emulsions. For very thick creams or balms, we recommend first carrying out a test filling in a smaller amount to verify smooth dosing and the return stroke of the pump. If the resistance encountered when pressing is too high, it is better to choose packaging designed specifically for thick products, for example in another category of dispensing or jar packaging.
The dispenser can be reused if hygiene principles are observed, especially if it remains combined with the same bottle and a similar type of product. However, before each new filling we recommend thoroughly cleaning the dispenser and disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99% – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured vegetable. Disinfection helps to minimize the risk of microbial contamination during further use. At the same time, we recommend not combining very different types of products (for example oily, oil-based and subsequently purely aqueous formulations) in one dispenser without thorough cleaning.
Before putting the dispenser into normal operation, we recommend filling a smaller number of bottles with the given product and using the dispenser for several days under conditions that are as close as possible to real use. Monitor in particular the smoothness of dosing, re-aspiration of the product into the tube, sealing in the neck area and any changes on the plastic parts (softening, discolouration, cracks). For formulations with a high content of alcohol, essential oils or acids, a thorough compatibility test is especially important – in the event of an undesirable change in the material of the dispenser, choose a different type of packaging or an alternative dosing method.
If you decide not to use the dispenser any further, we recommend, after thoroughly emptying and basic rinsing, placing it in sorted collection according to the type of plastic indicated in the parameters of the specific product on the site. Information about the material and the recommended form of recycling is always provided in the parameter table for the given packaging. In general, clean plastic packaging should go into the appropriate container for plastics; if you are not sure about local rules, follow the instructions of your waste management authority. Residues of chemicals or specific preparations should be minimized by rinsing so that the packaging can be recycled as efficiently as possible.
The simplest way to choose suitable packaging is to use the extended filter in the relevant packaging category. After clicking on the category (for example bottles, dispensers or jars), you will find in the upper part of the page the option of detailed filtering where you can select specific parameters such as neck type, size, colour and material. This allows you to quickly display only those packages that are compatible with your intention – whether it is cosmetics, home-made products or other liquid preparations. When looking for the ideal solution, it is worth combining several filters at once in order to narrow down the selection to optimal options for your product.
