Glass dropper bottle with practical dosing is a professional packaging intended for high-quality filling of liquid preparations, where precise and hygienic application is important. The opaque white glass in combination with the glossy black-gold dispenser creates an elegant container that supports the perceived value of the product and is suitable for home, semi-professional and artisan brands. The durable glass material is stable against common cosmetic and technical formulations, which makes this bottle a reliable choice for various types of serums, solutions and blends.
This packaging is supplied as a combination of glass dropper bottle with a dosing element, therefore it is ready for immediate filling and use without the need to select a separate cap. The packaging and cap combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The glass bottle with dosing is suitable for most common liquid and slightly oil-based cosmetic preparations. For very thick or highly viscous formulations, we recommend carrying out a filling and dosing test on a small quantity to verify the flow of the product through the dispenser and the comfort of application during long-term use.
The packaging can be reused if appropriate hygiene principles are followed. Before each filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and all parts of the dispenser and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let the packaging dry completely at room temperature and only then fill it with the final product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material types specified in the product parameters. After emptying and basic rinsing, place the glass part of the bottle in the appropriate glass container. The dispensing part, which is usually a combination of plastic and possibly metal components, should be sorted according to the recommendations resulting from the material composition stated in the parameter table for the product. In case of any doubts, give preference to sorting according to the local waste collection rules in your municipality or town.
The glass bottle is sturdy and, in combination with a properly adjusted dosing mechanism, provides reliable closure during normal use. When carrying it in a cosmetic bag, we recommend placing the packaging upright and ideally in a separate case or pocket to minimize mechanical stress on the glass. For any travelling, it is advisable to perform a leak test with your specific formulation and not to leave the bottle exposed to extreme temperatures.
