Plastic medicine bottle with aluminum closure is a practical and aesthetic packaging suitable for professional and home filling of various liquid or powdered preparations. Thanks to its reliable closing and durable material, it helps protect the contents against contamination, excessive contact with air and normal mechanical stress during storage and transport.
This compact little bottle is suitable for cosmetic products as well as technical solutions according to the intended use specified in the product parameters. The aluminum cap completes the professional appearance, supports the safe closing of the packaging and at the same time makes handling easier during everyday use.
This standalone medicine bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters. Depending on the specific neck, it can be combined with screw caps, dropper inserts, pipettes, sprayers or practical applicators which you can find in the corresponding categories on the website.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking sealing, dosing, stability and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene rules are observed and the suitability of the material for the specific type of content is ensured. Before each new filling, the bottle and the cap must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured. After disinfection, let the packaging dry completely and only then fill it with a new formulation.
First rinse the packaging with a suitable cleaning agent and warm water, using a soft brush or a bottle brush to remove residues of the previous filling. Then rinse the bottle thoroughly with clean water, allow excess water to drain off and rinse the inside with a disinfectant solution, for example made from IPA 99 % or Ethanol 96 % denatured. After disinfection, let the packaging dry at room temperature in a clean and protected place.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the recommendations given in the product parameters and on the recycling marking of the packaging. Follow the material symbol that is specified with the product on Handymade and sort the bottle into the appropriate container according to local waste collection rules. Before recycling, empty the packaging, remove any remaining contents and, if possible, separate the plastic part from the metal cap so that the individual materials can be processed as efficiently as possible.
The bottle is ideal for smaller quantities of liquid products, such as serums, special solutions, aromatic concentrates or test series of cosmetics. Thanks to the screw aluminum closure, it is also suitable for travel or sampling, where you will appreciate its compact dimensions and easy handling. Before use, always check in the product parameters whether the packaging material is suitable for your specific type of formulation.
