Thanks to the combination of a durable plastic body and an aesthetic spray dispenser, it is suitable for both professional and home use, where precise, hygienic and comfortable application of liquid formulations is important.
The plastic bottle with spray dispenser is prepared for immediate use as a ready-made functional combination of packaging and dosing element. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are respected. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging and subsequently disinfecting it with a suitable preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. This minimizes the risk of microbial contamination and the impact on the stability of your formulation.
The bottle with spray dispenser is ideal for liquid and low-viscosity formulations where fine atomization is required – for example facial and body waters, hair tonics, facial refreshers, disinfectant sprays or aromatic blends. For thicker products, we always recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing the flowability and quality of spraying.
Before including the packaging in production, we recommend filling a smaller test amount of product and monitoring the behaviour of the bottle and the spray dispenser over the long term. Focus on the sealing of the closure, the smoothness of dosing, any changes in the shape or discolouration of the plastic, and the stability of the product’s fragrance or texture. It is advisable to carry out the test under real storage conditions (temperature, light, handling) over several weeks.
Before refilling, it is advisable to rinse the packaging with a suitable cleaning agent, rinse thoroughly with drinking water and allow it to dry. We then recommend disinfection using IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. It is advisable to pump the disinfectant solution several times through the spray dispenser itself so that all parts of the dosing mechanism are treated. After disinfection, allow the packaging to air out until completely dry.
Before handing it over for recycling, we recommend emptying the packaging and removing any product residues. The method of sorting depends on the type of plastic indicated in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade.sk website – based on this you will place the packaging in the appropriate plastic container. If the spray dispenser is made from a combination of several materials, follow the local recommendations for sorting or separate it if possible. By sorting correctly, you support efficient processing of secondary raw materials.
