Plastic pharma bottle with sprayer is a practical packaging component designed for precise, fine and hygienic dispensing of various liquid preparations. Thanks to the combination of a high-quality plastic bottle and a functional sprayer, it is suitable for filling products where uniform application in a small amount and easy handling during use are important.
The packaging is designed to allow convenient dosing of liquids in the form of a spray, which minimizes product waste and supports the professional presentation of the final product. It is a suitable solution for smaller batches, hobby production and for brands that place emphasis on a uniform and reliable packaging system.
The combination of bottle and sprayer is prepared so that it forms a functional unit for convenient dosing. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for products containing alcohol, active substances or a higher concentration of fragrance components.
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The sprayer is intended primarily for less viscous, liquid formulations (aqueous or hydroalcoholic solutions). Thick emulsions, cream gels or oil blends with high viscosity may affect smooth spraying and uniform distribution. For atypical or thicker formulations we recommend first filling a smaller test amount and testing the dosing functionality under real conditions.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination and deterioration of the new fill. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol – in our range you will find the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. When using repeatedly, it is also important to monitor the mechanical wear of the sprayer.
We recommend storing the filled packaging in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Stable room conditions help to preserve the properties of the contents as well as of the plastic material itself. The bottle should be stored in an upright position, with the sprayer tightly screwed on, in order to minimize the risk of liquid leakage and premature contact of the product with air. For formulations sensitive to light or temperature fluctuations, it is advisable to follow the specific recommendations of the filler manufacturer.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the material marking given in the product parameters and on the recycling symbol of the packaging. Before handing it over to separated collection, it is advisable to remove residues of the contents and separate the individual parts (bottle body, sprayer, any cap), if they are made of different materials. Then put them into the appropriate container according to local waste sorting rules. By observing these principles you support effective recycling and the reduction of municipal waste volumes.
To select suitable packaging you can use the extended filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging material category. The filter makes it possible to sort products according to several parameters – especially according to neck type, packaging size, colour and material used. Thanks to the combination of these criteria you can easily display only those bottles, pharma bottles, jars or pots that correspond to the required properties of your formulation and the planned method of dosing.
