The plastic medicine bottle with a practical dispenser is designed as a professional packaging for liquid preparations that require precise and hygienic dosing. Thanks to its dark design, it helps minimise the effect of light on the contents and thus supports their stability during storage. The smooth surface of the bottle allows easy labelling with stickers or printing, so the packaging looks aesthetic even in smaller artisan batches.
This type of packaging container is suitable for filling cosmetic solutions, serums and other liquid formulations where controlled extrusion of the contents by means of a dosing pump is important. Thanks to the quality of the workmanship and the functional closure, the bottle can be used in home production, small-scale production as well as for test and sample packaging.
This product represents a combination of packaging and dispenser that are mutually adapted for functional and comfortable use. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging is suitable for your particular product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters. In these documents you will find precise information on material composition and suitable conditions of use and storage, so that you can safely integrate the packaging into your production process.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are followed and the product formulation is suitable. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection, we recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol in the appropriate quality, available in our range as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After treatment, it is necessary to allow the packaging to dry completely and only then refill it.
For repeated use, we recommend first mechanically rinsing out product residues with a suitable cleaning solution or with warm water and a mild cleaning agent that is compatible with the material used and with your formulation. The packaging then needs to be thoroughly rinsed so that no cleaner residues remain, and finally disinfected using alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. It is important to let all parts (including the dispenser) dry completely at room temperature in order to prevent dilution of the next batch and reduce moisture that promotes the growth of micro-organisms.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material marking given in the product parameters and on the packaging itself. Before recycling, it is advisable to empty the medicine bottle, remove any product residues and, where possible, separate the plastic parts (bottle body and dispenser). Then place the individual components into the appropriate separate waste streams according to local waste collection rules. More detailed information on the material and its sorting can be found in the product parameter table, so that you can choose the most sustainable method of disposal.
This packaging is particularly suitable for liquid and slightly viscous cosmetic formulations for which precise dosing of a smaller amount of product is desirable. In practice, it is often used for facial and hair tonics, strengthening treatments, caring solutions for the skin, special intensive serums or locally applied preparations. Thanks to the practical dispenser, the contents can be applied directly to the skin or to a cotton pad, which makes use easier also in professional cosmetic treatments and artisan product lines.
To choose suitable packaging, you can use the extended filter available at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging material category. In the extended filter you can narrow down the offer according to key parameters such as type and size of neck, overall size and shape of the packaging, colour or material used. By combining these settings, you can easily find bottles, medicine bottles, jars or dispensers that will best match the properties and method of use of your specific product.
