The plastic bottle with spray pump is a practical packaging intended mainly for hygiene and cosmetic preparations where gentle, even dosing in the form of a spray is important. Thanks to the precise sprayer, it enables effective application of liquid formulations directly onto the skin, hair or the desired surface and helps to save the contents of the package. The darker material of the bottle also contributes to better protection of more sensitive ingredients from light and thus prolongs the stability of the prepared products.
This bottle with sprayer is supplied as a complete and functional combination of packaging and closure designed directly for convenient dosing in the form of a fine spray. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

When working with the plastic packaging, we recommend observing appropriate storage and usage conditions according to the nature of your filling and the parameters given in the product detail.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol ALK001 or ethanol ALK002. Only after complete drying can you refill the packaging with your product.
The most suitable are liquid preparations with lower viscosity that can be sprayed without problems – facial and body sprays, floral waters, alcohol solutions, hair sprays or aromatic blends for interiors. Thick emulsions or gels may not be optimal for this type of sprayer, therefore we always recommend making a trial batch and testing the method of application.
First, rinse the packaging with a residual raw material compatible with your formulation or with warm water and mild soap, then rinse it thoroughly with clean water and leave it to drain. Then apply an alcohol-based disinfectant, for example isopropyl alcohol ALK001 or plant-based ethanol ALK002, leave it to act, and after the alcohol has evaporated, reuse the packaging. For the sprayer, it is advisable to spray the disinfectant solution through the entire mechanism as well.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend handing it over for recycling according to the material type stated in the product parameters. Before disposal, remove any product residues, disassemble the bottle and the sprayer where possible and sort them into the appropriate container (plastic / other parts). The recycling symbol and information on the material used can be found in the parameter table for the product on Handymade.sk, on the basis of which you will choose the correct type of sorted waste.
