Is this plastic bottle suitable for thicker creams or only for liquid products?

This container with dispenser is ideal mainly for liquid to medium-viscosity products, such as light emulsions, fluids, gels and lotions. With very thick creams, dosing may be more difficult, so we recommend making a trial filling before full deployment in order to verify whether the pump reliably dispenses the product and whether the resulting application comfort meets your expectations.

Can I use this bottle repeatedly for additional batches of products?

The packaging can be reused provided that basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example with technical alcohol such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Disinfection helps to reduce the risk of microbial contamination and extends the usability of your cosmetic products during use.

How is it recommended to clean and disinfect the plastic bottle before refilling it?

First, we recommend mechanically cleaning the packaging – rinsing it with lukewarm water and a suitable mild cleaning agent, and rinsing thoroughly so that no detergent residues remain. It is then appropriate to apply disinfection with technical alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, leave all parts of the packaging to dry freely at room temperature. Avoid boiling and washing in a dishwasher in order to prevent deformation of the plastic or damage to the surface of the dispenser.
