The plastic bottle with black and gold spray pump is a practical packaging solution for modern cosmetics and other liquid formulations where a fine, even application in the form of a mist is required. Thanks to the transparent bottle body, you always have a clear view of the contents, which makes stock control and finished product presentation easier. The combination of a lightweight plastic container and a functional spray pump is suitable for packing various liquid blends that are applied by spraying onto the skin, hair, textiles or into the air.
The bottle is designed as a versatile, reusable container for home-made and semi-professional products where easy handling, controlled dosing and a clean appearance are important. The transparent plastic container allows for easy labelling with stickers and fits well into coherent product ranges in cosmetics or aromatherapy.
This bottle with spray pump is supplied as a functional unit, ready for immediate use without the need for additional components. If the container is made from PET plastic, it is important to keep in mind that PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures. With long-term or repeated exposure to heat, there is a risk of deformation of the container, which can affect the sealing and the functionality of the spray pump. Such a container is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling; gentle hand cleaning at appropriate temperatures and the use of a suitable disinfectant according to the nature of the filled mixture are recommended.
When deciding whether to reuse or recycle the container, we recommend basing your decision on the material designation given in the parameter table at the product page on Handymade.sk. According to this designation, the container can be placed in the appropriate sorting bin (for example, plastic) so that it is responsibly recycled at the end of its life cycle.
Yes, the container can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the spray pump and then disinfecting them, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol suitable for surface disinfection (for example, products available in the category such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and extends the safe use of the container. At the same time, it is important not to exceed the recommended temperature limits for the given plastic to avoid deformation.
First, we recommend rinsing the container with a suitable cleaning solution and then thoroughly rinsing it with drinking water. The spray pump should be actuated several times in clean water to remove residues of the previous product from inside the tube and from the spray head. After mechanical cleaning, it is necessary to disinfect both the bottle and the spray pump – for example, by briefly rinsing and spraying with isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol, while taking care of compatibility with the packaging material. Then let all parts dry thoroughly at room temperature away from direct heat sources.
Plastic bottles of this type are not intended for filling with hot or freshly cooked products. High temperature can lead to softening or deformation of the material, which negatively affects the stability of the bottle and the functionality of the spray pump. It is recommended to fill only products that have been cooled to room temperature. For the same reason, the container is not suitable for boiling or washing in a dishwasher; when cleaning, it is always necessary to use a gentle hand-cleaning method with controlled water temperature.
If you decide not to reuse the container, we recommend recycling it responsibly. First, empty the bottle and, if possible, rinse it to remove any product residues. Then follow the material designation listed in the parameter table at the product page on Handymade.sk – according to this designation, the container can be placed in the appropriate sorting bin (for example, plastic). In the case of a combined container (bottle and spray pump), it is advisable to consider separating the components, if the construction allows, in order to increase the efficiency of recycling within the local waste sorting system.

The spray pump works best with low-viscosity liquid formulations without larger solid particles – hydrolats, toners, aqueous solutions, light alcohol blends and mild cleaning sprays are ideal. Thick emulsions, gels or products with visible particles can clog the spray pump or prevent even atomisation. Before choosing the final packaging, we therefore recommend performing a trial filling to verify that the chosen formula is compatible with the given type of spray pump and that you achieve the expected application effect.
