Glass bottle – dropper bottle with aluminium cap is a practical and professional packaging solution designed for precise dosing and safe storage of various liquid formulations. Thanks to high-quality glass and a reliable metal closure, it is suitable for filling sensitive cosmetic and artisan products where stability, protection and cleanliness of the contents are important.
This type of dropper bottle is ideal for liquid preparations that require reliable sealing and easy handling. The smooth glass surface allows comfortable labelling and professional presentation of the final product, whether it is small-batch production, a handmade brand or test laboratory series.
Glass dropper bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, so that the final product is stable, safe and comfortable to use.

The dropper bottle can be safely reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly and disinfect it in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection, we recommend using for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in our range as the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol and Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After disinfection, allow the bottle and cap to dry thoroughly and only then refill them.
First, rinse the glass part of the dropper bottle with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, and then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Next, disinfect the packaging using an appropriate alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Clean the aluminium cap gently, without aggressive abrasives and with special attention to the sealing insert, which must be allowed to dry completely after rinsing and disinfection. When repeated use is planned, always carry out a trial filling and check the sealing and functionality of the closure.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly in accordance with the recommendations given in the parameter table directly at the product. After emptying and rinsing, the glass bottle is usually discarded into the container designated for glass, and the aluminium cap can generally be sorted into the collection of metal packaging, provided that the local collection system offers this option. Always follow local waste sorting rules and the information given with the product so that recycling is as effective as possible and the material can be used again.
The glass dropper bottle with aluminium cap is designed so that, after proper closing, it provides reliable sealing and minimises the risk of leakage. When travelling, we recommend always tightening the bottle carefully, checking the sealing and, for greater assurance, placing it in secondary packaging (for example a reclosable bag or travel case). When transporting extremely liquid or volatile formulations, it is advisable to perform a short leak test before the first use on a trip.
