The brown glass dropper bottle is a professional packaging solution suitable for filling various liquid cosmetic and household preparations that require precise and aesthetic dosing.
The dark glass naturally reduces light penetration, helping to protect light-sensitive components of formulations and contributing to the stability of the contents during storage. In combination with a white‑gold glossy dispenser, you obtain an elegant and practical package that is suitable for everyday use in the bathroom, in a salon and in a home laboratory.
The package is intended for precise and controlled dosing of the product, which reduces waste and improves the user comfort of finished products.
Combinations of packages and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – in particular of sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the package in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol or oil content, pH, etc.). In this way you will verify that the bottle with dispenser will work reliably with your final product in the long term.

Brown glass is a stable and resistant packaging material that is often used precisely for products containing more sensitive active substances. The dark colouring helps to reduce light penetration, which can be an advantage for formulations with light-sensitive components. Before launching on the market, however, we recommend carrying out your own stability test – monitor changes in colour, odour, viscosity and any sediment during storage in the selected package.
The package can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected. First remove residues of the original product, rinse the package with a suitable cleaning agent and with clean water. Then we recommend disinfection using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol – on the website you will find for example the products IPA 99 % Isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely, and only then refill the package.
For thicker textures it is important to test flow through the dispenser and the dosing behaviour. We recommend a test filling of a smaller amount of product and checking whether the dispenser doses smoothly and without clogging. Also observe whether the viscosity of the preparation affects the back suction of air into the mechanism. In the case of very dense oily or gel formulations, it may be appropriate to slightly adjust the composition (e.g. the proportion of lighter oils or solvents) so that the final product is fully compatible with the dispenser.
If you decide not to reuse the package, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material composition stated in the product parameters. In most cases, the glass part of the bottle can, after emptying and rough cleaning, be sorted into the glass container, while plastic and metal components of the dispenser are usually sorted into plastic or mixed waste according to local rules. Before disposal always separate the glass container from the dispenser and follow the material marking on the package and the recommendations of your collection system.
On the website you can use the advanced filter, which is located in the upper part after clicking on a specific packaging category. Using the filter, you can quickly narrow down the selection according to several parameters – most often according to neck type, size, colour and material. In this way you will find a suitable bottle, dropper bottle or jar for your formulation without having to go through the entire product range.
