Glass bottle – medicine bottle with cream dispenser 30 ml represents a practical and aesthetic packaging solution for cosmetic formulations, emulsions and cream products that require controlled and hygienic dispensing. The durable glass container in combination with a specialized dispenser helps protect the contents against contamination, limits air access and supports the stability of sensitive active ingredients during use.
This type of cosmetic packaging is suitable for both home and professional use where more precise application, user comfort and maintaining product cleanliness during repeated dispensing are important. The bottle with cream pump is ideal for formulations that should not come into direct contact with fingers, thereby supporting a higher level of hygiene and a longer shelf life of the contents under proper storage conditions.
This glass bottle – medicine bottle is designed as an independent package which, according to the selected parameters, is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators). Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – especially in terms of sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle with cream dispenser is intended primarily for low- to medium-viscosity creams, emulsions and lotions. With very dense balms or butters, dispensing may be limited, so we recommend always carrying out a trial filling on a small sample of the formulation and testing whether the pump dispenses smoothly and without excessive resistance.
The packaging can be reused provided that correct hygiene procedures are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be carefully cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example with isopropyl alcohol or denatured plant ethanol. This minimizes the risk of microbial contamination during repeated use. When switching to a different type of product (for example from an oily emulsion to an aqueous emulsion), pay increased attention to cleaning and rinsing the dispensing mechanism.
We recommend pouring the cream or emulsion into the bottle slowly and steadily, ideally with the container slightly tilted, in order to minimize air being trapped in the mass. After filling, it is advisable to gently tap the packaging against a soft surface to release any air bubbles. Then attach the dispenser, tighten the thread firmly and before first use “pump” several times so that the system fills with product and dispensing is even.
First, disassemble the bottle and the dispenser into individual parts, thoroughly rinse out any remaining product and wash them in warm water with a suitable detergent. Then allow the components to dry completely. Before refilling, the packaging and the dispensing part must be disinfected, for example using IPA 99 % or 96 % denatured ethanol. Allow the disinfectant to act, let any excess evaporate and only then refill the bottle. Make sure that no water or impurities enter the packaging immediately before filling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material type listed in the product parameter table. The glass part of the packaging can usually be sorted into the container designated for glass after removing any product residues. The plastic parts of the dispenser (pump, tube, any cap) are sorted according to the plastic type if this is specified in the parameter table; otherwise they can be placed in mixed waste according to local rules. Before recycling, always at least roughly rinse the packaging to remove cosmetic residues.
When looking for a suitable bottle, medicine bottle or dispensing system, we recommend using the extended filter after clicking on the relevant packaging category. The extended filter is located at the top of the category and allows you to clearly sort the offer according to key parameters such as neck type, size, colour and packaging material. This allows you to easily narrow down the selection to packaging that will best match your formulation and the desired appearance of the final product.
