Glass bottle – medicine bottle with black spray pump is a professional packaging intended for filling liquid preparations where precise and convenient application in the form of a fine mist is important. High-quality glass in combination with a functional spray pump provides suitable conditions for protecting formulations, easy dosing and clean handling in home and artisan production of cosmetics or household chemicals.
Smoke glass helps protect more sensitive components from light and supports the stability of coloured or aromatic formulations. The packaging is suitable for liquid products that require repeated application in smaller doses, for example facial toners, refreshers or hair tonics.
Glass bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the spray pump and subsequently disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. Only after the disinfectant has completely dried is the bottle ready to be refilled.
The packaging is suitable especially for liquid products that need to be applied in the form of a fine spray – facial and body mists, tonics, hydrolats, hair tonics, air fresheners, pillow and textile sprays or concentrated home fragrances. It is always important to test whether the specific formulation has a suitable viscosity and does not clog the nozzle of the spray pump.
The glass part of the bottle can be rinsed with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent and then thoroughly rinsed. Subsequently, we recommend using an alcohol-based disinfectant, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. Clean the spray pump gently – by rinsing with lukewarm water and pumping clean water through the mechanism so that no mechanical damage occurs. After cleaning, let all parts dry completely in the open air.
For recycling, it is advisable to separate the glass bottle from the plastic components of the spray pump. After emptying and basic rinsing, classify the glass part, according to the material type stated in the product parameters, into the appropriate sorted waste (usually the container for glass). Place the plastic parts of the spray pump into plastic collection or mixed waste according to the recommendations of your local sorting system. Always respect the information on the material and local recycling rules.
