The glass bottle with spray pump is a professional packaging solution designed for filling liquid preparations where gentle and even application in the form of a mist or spray is required. Thanks to high‑quality glass and a precise mechanical spray pump, it is suitable for cosmetic products, technical solutions and concentrated blends that require controlled dosing onto the surface of the skin or a material. The combination of the glass bottle and the practical spray pump helps to minimize the contact of the contents with air and contamination, thereby supporting the stability and longer shelf life of the final product.
This glass bottle with spray pump is supplied as a ready combination of packaging and dosing component designed for immediate practical use without the need for additional components. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to verify the long‑term behaviour of your particular product.

Before final filling, we recommend testing the packaging with the actual formula under conditions that approximate real use as closely as possible (transport, storage, normal handling) in order to verify the reliability of the spray pump, sealing and stability of the contents in contact with the glass and the plastic parts of the mechanism.
Yes, the packaging can be reused provided that hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect both the bottle and the spray pump in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After disinfection, allow all parts of the packaging to dry thoroughly and only then refill the bottle.
The bottle with spray pump is ideal for liquid preparations that need to be applied in the form of a fine mist – for example facial and body sprays, toners, hair lotions, aromatherapeutic and refreshing blends, disinfectant solutions for hands and skin surface, or technical solutions intended for precise dosing. We always recommend testing the density, viscosity and composition of your formula to verify that the spray pump works evenly and without clogging.
For routine maintenance, after emptying the contents we recommend rinsing the bottle and the internal mechanism of the spray pump with warm water and actuating it several times to spray clean water in order to flush out product residues. For thicker or oil‑based blends, a short rinse with alcohol is suitable, which helps dissolve residual formula, followed by a rinse with water. After cleaning, allow all parts to dry at room temperature. For longer‑term storage, we recommend keeping the spray pump clean and dry to minimize the risk of deposits and clogging of the nozzle.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend placing it into separated waste collection according to the material specified in the product parameters. The glass part can generally be placed in the container intended for glass, while the plastic components of the spray pump belong in the appropriate container for plastics in accordance with local waste‑sorting rules. Before recycling, empty the packaging and remove as much product residue as possible. Always adapt the specific method of disposal to the local waste‑collection system and to the information provided with the product on the website.
