The plastic bottle with black-gold spray pump represents a practical and aesthetic packaging solution for everyday and professional use in cosmetics and artisan production. Thanks to the high-quality plastic body and the fine mister, it is suitable for filling various liquid preparations that require an even application in the form of a mist or spray. This packaging is designed to ensure comfortable dosing, good protection of the contents, and a representative appearance of the final product.
This bottle is supplied as a functional combination of packaging and spray pump, ready for immediate use without the need to purchase additional parts. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing, and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The spray pump is optimized for liquid and low-viscosity preparations, for which it creates a fine mist. Thicker emulsions, gels, or very heavy oil blends may reduce the smoothness of spraying and lead to clogging of the tube. In such a case we recommend reducing the viscosity of the formulation or choosing another type of dosing (for example a pump or dropper) with a similar type of packaging.
The packaging can be reused provided that basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle, inner tube, and spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After rinsing and complete drying, you can safely refill the packaging with the same or a similar type of product.
To extend its service life, we recommend protecting the packaging from mechanical damage, long-term exposure to direct sunlight, and aggressive cleaning agents. Wash the bottle by hand with lukewarm water and a mild detergent, without using abrasive sponges. After washing, allow all parts to dry thoroughly, then apply disinfection and refill it again. In this way it will retain good spray performance as well as the aesthetic appearance of the packaging.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend completely emptying it and removing any product residues before throwing it away. Adapt the method of recycling to the type of plastic material specified in the product parameters for this packaging on the Handymade website – according to the designation of the plastic class (recycling symbol), you will place the bottle in the corresponding sorted waste category. The spray pump may consist of several plastic and metal parts, therefore unscrew it and dispose of it in accordance with local sorting rules. By following the recommended sorting, you support a more considerate handling of packaging material.
