The plastic medicine bottle with spray pump represents a reliable professional packaging solution suitable for dispensing various liquid preparations in the form of a fine mist. The practical spray pump ensures comfortable and hygienic application, making the bottle ideal for cosmetic as well as technical formulations that require even distribution on the skin, hair or surface.
The dark design of the packaging contributes to better protection of more sensitive ingredients from the effects of light, helping to reduce the risk of changes in colour, odour or product stability during storage. The plastic container is lightweight, resistant to normal handling and suitable for everyday use in the home, in beauty salons and for small-batch, artisanal production of products.
The packaging–closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Before first filling, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle and the spray pump (rinsing with a suitable medium according to the type of formulation) and then thoroughly disinfecting them. For disinfection of the packaging, it is appropriate to use technical alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol 1 l or plant-based ethanol Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný 1 l. After disinfection, the components must be allowed to air out completely and dry so that moisture does not condense inside the packaging.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if handled correctly, but always with strict hygiene rules observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and spray pump must be cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based product, for example with IPA 99 % isopropyl alkoholom or with Etanolom 96 % denaturovaným rastlinným. We recommend repeated use only if there is no risk of microbial contamination or undesirable chemical reaction between individual fillings.
The spray pump works on the principle of a mechanical pump which, when pressed, creates a vacuum and draws up the liquid from the bottle using a dip tube. If it does not draw sufficiently, check that the spray pump is correctly and firmly screwed on, that the tube is not too long or kinked and that there are no heavy deposits inside. For thicker or highly viscous formulations, it may be necessary to slightly adjust the formulation or choose a more suitable type of dispensing. At first use, it is common that the spray pump must be pressed several times until the system is completely filled.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material indicated in the parameter table on the product page. Before handing it over for sorted collection, it is advisable to empty the bottle, minimise any remaining contents and, where possible, separate the basic components (bottle body and spray pump). Then place them in the appropriate container intended for the specific type of plastic according to local waste-sorting rules. In this way, you contribute to more efficient material recycling and to reducing the amount of waste.
