Plastic bottle – medicine bottle with spray pump represents a practical and professional packaging solution for various cosmetic and technical preparations in liquid form. Thanks to the integrated spray head, it enables precise, fine and even dosing, which increases user comfort as well as hygiene during application. The compact format is ideal for travel sizes, samples or concentrated products that require gentle spraying onto the skin, hair or a surface.
The plastic container body and the specially designed spray pump ensure stability, reliable functionality and protection of the contents against contamination. The opaque design also helps to minimise light exposure for more sensitive formulations, which can have a positive effect on their stability under proper storage conditions. The bottle is suitable for liquid products with lower viscosity that need to be applied in a thin, even layer or as a fine mist.
This bottle with spray pump is supplied as a functional combination of container and dosing component, ready for direct use without the need for additional closures. The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (seal integrity, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure of long-term reliable use of the given product.

The bottle can be used repeatedly provided that you follow basic hygiene principles and the type of fill is suitable for this type of packaging. Before each new filling we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the spray pump, rinsing them and then disinfecting them – for example with products such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. Refill the bottle only after the alcohol has completely dried and aired off.
For routine maintenance it is sufficient to rinse the bottle and spray pump with a suitable cleaning solution and clean water, making sure to let the individual parts dry freely. Avoid using aggressive cleaning agents and high temperatures to prevent damage to the plastic and deterioration of the function of the spray mechanism. For longer-term storage it is advisable to store the bottle empty, clean and dry, ideally away from direct sunlight.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend emptying it, giving it a basic rinse and, according to the material designation in the product parameters, placing it in the appropriate sorted waste stream. Before placing the bottle body and spray pump in the recycling container, remove any remaining product residues, and if possible separate the individual parts (bottle body, pump, overcap). Follow the symbols and recommendations given with the product on the Handymade.sk website and the local waste sorting rules in your municipality.
The spray pump is particularly suitable for low-viscosity, liquid formulations that need to be applied in a fine, even film – typically facial and body sprays, floral waters, hydrolates, light hair treatments, aromatic sprays and gentle solutions for topical use on surfaces. For thicker emulsions or oil blends, we recommend carrying out a test before final filling to verify whether the spraying action is sufficiently smooth and even.
