Glass bottle with aluminum closure represents an elegant and professional packaging suitable for various types of liquid and oil-based formulations. High-quality glass combined with a tightly fitting cap ensures reliable sealing of the contents and helps maintain their stability during storage and use.
Thanks to the durable glass, this bottle is ideal for packaging more sensitive preparations where protection against external influences and minimization of contact with plastic are important. The smooth surface of the bottle also makes labeling easier and supports creating a uniform visual style for your brand.
Opaque glass naturally helps protect the contents from the effects of light, which is especially advantageous for products prone to oxidation or degradation during prolonged storage.
Glass bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray dispensers or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected at purchase. Combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Glass as a packaging material has very good chemical resistance, therefore the bottle is generally also suitable for oil-based formulations or preparations containing alcohol. For each formula, however, we recommend performing your own stability test – check the tightness of the closure, the behavior of the contents during storage and any changes in fragrance, color or viscosity over time.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and cap must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and aired out is the bottle ready for refilling. When switching to another type of product (e.g. from a perfume composition to a facial serum) we recommend using the packaging rather for technical or less sensitive preparations.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is appropriate to place it in sorted collection according to the materials specified in the product parameters. We recommend emptying the glass vial, wiping off any remaining contents and placing the container in the bin designated for glass. The aluminum or other metal cap should be unscrewed and recycled according to local rules for sorting metal packaging. In the case of heavily contaminated packaging, follow the instructions of your waste collection company or municipality.
When preparing cosmetic products for sale, it is important to combine high-quality packaging with an appropriate method of filling and storage. We recommend working in the cleanest environment possible, using disinfected tools and cleaning and disinfecting the bottles thoroughly before filling (for example using alcohol such as IPA or plant-based ethanol). At the same time, follow recommendations for testing the stability and microbiological safety of your formulas in accordance with applicable legislation.

Thanks to the combination of these filters, you will quickly select a suitable bottle, jar or pot precisely for your formulation and intended dosing.
