White glass bottle with aluminium cap 10 ml is a practical and aesthetically clean packaging suitable for filling smaller volumes of liquid and slightly viscous preparations. The compact pharmaceutical-style bottle is ideal for creators of natural cosmetics, aromatherapeutic blends or concentrated solutions, where precise handling and a professional product appearance are important. The glass bottles in this category are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected for the specific product. The glass bottle is generally suitable for formulations containing oils and alcohols, since glass is a stable and inert material. However, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test with the specific composition (especially in the case of a high proportion of essential oils or specific active ingredients) in order to verify the stability, fragrance, colour and behaviour of the product over time.
Yes, the glass packaging can be used repeatedly if strict hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly mechanically cleaned, well rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example with IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or 96 % plant ethanol. Only after the packaging is completely dry do we recommend filling the bottle again. When changing the type of product (for example from a perfume oil to a facial serum) it is particularly important to clean and disinfect the packaging perfectly in order to avoid unwanted mixing of fragrances or ingredients.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the types of materials specified in the product parameters. The glass part can, after emptying and rinsing, be placed in the appropriate glass container according to local waste-sorting rules. The aluminium closure, if this is allowed in your municipality, can be sorted together with metal packaging. Before recycling, it is advisable to remove labels and product residues so that the packaging is as clean as possible and prepared for further processing in the recycling process.
When filling, make sure that the contents do not run down the neck and thread of the bottle, which reduces the risk of contamination and deterioration of sealing. We recommend filling the product at room temperature, or with a slightly warmed formulation if the recipe requires it. After filling, always close the bottle carefully and wipe off any product residues from the surface before storage. Store it in a dry, shaded place away from direct sunlight and sources of heat, in order to preserve the best possible condition of both product and packaging. In the case of thicker blends, it is advisable to verify whether the selected type of closure or dispenser ensures convenient dosing.
