The plastic pill bottle with aluminium cap represents a professional type of packaging suitable for pharmaceutical, cosmetic and laboratory preparations. The durable brown container protects the contents from light and helps to reduce undesirable degradation of sensitive ingredients. Thanks to the high‑quality plastic and sealing closure, the bottle is suitable for packaging various liquid and powder formulations where cleanliness, practical dosing and an aesthetic appearance of the final product are required.
The safe plastic pill bottle is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the parameters selected in the e‑shop – for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) before the final filling of the whole product series. If you plan to use the packaging repeatedly, it is recommended to observe hygienic practices when handling the contents as well as when assembling the closures and any dispensers. Warning for plastic packaging: as a general rule, with plastic materials it is not suitable to expose the bottle to high temperatures for a long time, in order to avoid unnecessary stress on the material or its deformation. The packaging is not intended for boiling or aggressive thermal cleaning.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters. When designing the final packaging, we recommend checking the compatibility of the planned closure with the neck type, as well as the suitability of the packaging for the specific formulation – especially for products with a higher content of solvents or active substances.
Yes, the brown plastic bottle with aluminium cap is also suitable for professional cosmetic products such as facial solutions, toners, treatment serums or special courses for external use. Before final implementation in production, we recommend making a trial batch and verifying the behaviour of the specific formulation in contact with the packaging under the intended storage conditions.
The packaging can be used repeatedly, provided that good mechanical condition is maintained, but always with strict hygiene rules being followed. Before each new filling, the pill bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with a suitable disinfectant, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant‑based. Only after the complete drying of the inner space and the closure is the packaging ready for refilling.
For cleaning, we recommend first rinsing the packaging with a suitable cleaning solution, removing residues of the original product and then carrying out disinfection. For disinfection in home and craft production, alcohol‑based solutions have proved effective, for example products available in the Handymade e‑shop. After disinfection, allow the container and the cap to dry freely at room temperature. The packaging is not intended for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling – higher temperatures could lead to deformation of the plastic body or deterioration of the closure tightness.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is appropriate to recycle it according to the material type specified in the parameter table for the product on Handymade.sk. Before disposal, we recommend removing residues of the original contents and the labels. The plastic body of the pill bottle is usually placed in the container intended for plastic, the metal cap in the collection for metal packaging, if available in the given municipality. By following local waste‑sorting rules, you support effective material recycling and reduce the amount of municipal waste.
