The plastic medicine bottle with a transparent body and aluminium cap is a universal packaging solution suitable for both professional and home filling of various liquid and powder preparations. Thanks to the transparent plastic, you have an instant overview of the contents and condition of the product, while the high-quality aluminium closure helps protect the contents from external influences and unwanted opening.
This type of packaging is popular for packing cosmetic raw materials, serums, oils or concentrated solutions, where material stability, easy handling during dosing and a clean, minimalist appearance are important. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the small bottle is practical for travel, samples and smaller product batches.
This plastic bottle is supplied with an aluminium cap, and the neck type allows, in selected variants, combination with other closure forms from the Handymade range. They are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected for the specific packaging variant.
The combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test – in particular sealing, dosing method and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, volatile substances, alcohol or oil content).

Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed, especially in small-scale cosmetic production or when decanting raw materials. Before each new filling, however, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based disinfectant, for example IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 %. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Only afterwards is the packaging ready for new, hygienically safe filling.
For cleaning, we recommend first mechanically removing residues of the original product, then rinsing the bottle with warm water and a mild cleaning agent and thoroughly rinsing with clean water. After drying, it is advisable to spray or rinse the interior and the cap with alcohol (for example IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 %) and allow it to air out completely. When cleaning, do not use abrasive sponges or very hot water in order to avoid damaging the plastic surface and the sealing parts of the closure.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the material designation given in the product parameters. The plastic body of the medicine bottle should be emptied, possibly quickly rinsed of product residues and placed in the appropriate container according to the material designation (for example plastic). The aluminium cap can be separated and placed in metal collection if the sorting system in your municipality allows this. By following the recycling symbols and the recommendations in the parameter table, you support responsible handling of packaging and minimise waste.
