Glass bottle – medicine bottle with white aluminium cap represents a professional packaging suitable for precise dispensing and safe storage of various liquid formulations. High-quality glass in combination with a metal closure creates a stable container that is ideal for cosmetic solutions, concentrates, serums and other products where cleanliness, long-term stability and protection of the contents from external influences are important. Thanks to the precisely manufactured closure, the bottle offers reliable sealing and minimises the risk of leakage or contamination.
Glass bottles – medicine bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The bottle is a universal container that you can use for thin as well as slightly thicker liquid formulations, such as facial serums, tonics or care drops. The specific suitability for very viscous products, however, depends mainly on the chosen type of closure or applicator (dropper, pipette, spray head, etc.), therefore we always recommend performing a trial filling and testing the dispensing.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the cap must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable interactions between residues of the original product and the new formulation.
First remove the residues of the original product by rinsing with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent. Then thoroughly rinse the bottle and the cap with clean water so that no detergent residues remain. After drying, we recommend disinfecting the packaging with alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, and letting it air out completely before refilling.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition given in the product parameters. After emptying and basic rinsing, direct the glass part of the bottle to the appropriate glass container. The metal aluminium cap should be sorted as metal, if local waste collection rules allow this. Before sorting, always follow the labelling and recommendations in the product parameter table and the valid waste separation rules in your municipality.
