Plastic pharmaceutical bottle with cream dispenser is a practical packaging intended for precise and hygienic dispensing of creamy, gel-like and semi-liquid preparations. Thanks to the integrated dispenser and compact shape, it is suitable for home formulations as well as smaller professional batches. The sturdy plastic container protects the contents from excessive contact with air and impurities, which is important for carefully formulated cosmetic and dermal-cosmetic products.
This type of bottle with a pump is designed to keep the product’s consistency stable during use and to minimize the risk of contamination during frequent opening. Thanks to practical dispensing in smaller amounts, it is ideal for products where the accuracy of application, comfort during use and cleanliness of dispensing are important.
This product represents a ready-made combination of bottle and dispensing mechanism, designed specifically for simple and reliable use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to verify that the packaging also functions reliably with your specific product.

There you will find detailed information about the material, dimensions, the recommended method of use and any restrictions that are important to take into account when designing the final product.
The dispensing bottle is designed primarily for creamy and gel textures with the usual viscosity of cosmetic creams. For optimal functionality, we recommend testing a small trial filling with your specific formulation in order to verify smooth dispensing and the return of the pump after pressing. With extremely thick balms, application may be more demanding.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bottle, including the dispensing mechanism. For disinfection, we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you will find in the range as IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol and ethanol 96 % denatured (the products are available in the raw materials category). After applying the disinfectant, let the packaging dry completely and only then refill it.
When cleaning, we recommend first rinsing the packaging as much as possible with lukewarm water and a mild detergent suitable for contact with cosmetics, and then rinsing several times with clean water. It is advisable to flush the dispensing mechanism by pressing the pump in water in order to remove residues of the original product. After washing, you can disinfect the internal surfaces with alcohol and let them air-dry at room temperature. Avoid aggressive chemicals and mechanical force on the moving parts of the pump.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that after emptying and basic rinsing you place it in sorted waste according to the type of material listed in the product parameters for this packaging. Usually this means placing the plastic packaging into a container intended for plastics, and it is advisable to separate the individual parts (bottle body, pump, any cap) if they are made of different materials. Local recycling rules may differ, so also follow the recommendations of your local recycling centre or municipal service provider.
