Plastic bottle – pill bottle with cream dispenser represents a practical packaging for modern cosmetics and care for the face, body and hair. Thanks to the integrated dispenser, it is suitable for packaging products where controlled, hygienic and clean application without the fingers coming into contact with the entire contents is important. The closed construction helps protect more sensitive formulations from air and contamination during normal home and professional use.
The bottle is designed for creamy, gel and lighter emulsion formulations that require precise dosing in a smaller amount. The combination of the plastic body and the dispenser allows comfortable pressing and even dispensing of the contents while maintaining good packaging stability. It is suitable for finished products as well as for small test and sample series.
This product represents a complete combination of bottle with dispenser, which has been created on Handymade as a functional unit. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The dispenser is designed to handle standard creamy, gel and emulsion formulations used in facial and body cosmetics. For very dense balms or butters, we recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing whether the consistency allows smooth pressing and even dispensing without excessive pressure. It is always appropriate to prepare a small test batch and verify the behaviour of the specific recipe in the packaging.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if proper hygiene principles are followed. Before the first and each subsequent filling, the bottle and dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. For disinfection we recommend using either IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol (/ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/) or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based (/etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/), which are ideal for final treatment of the inner surface before filling. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry thoroughly at room temperature and only then fill with the final formulation.
We recommend storing the filled packaging in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Product stability is supported by an even room temperature without large fluctuations and by carefully closing the dispenser to minimize access of air and impurities. For more sensitive recipes (for example preparations with a high content of natural oils or without preservatives) it is advisable to follow the recommendations for the specific formulation and, if necessary, choose a shorter period of use.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend emptying it before disposal and removing product residues. The method of recycling is determined by the material stated in the parameters of the specific product – according to this choose the appropriate separate collection (for example plastic container). In case of a combination of several materials, it is advisable to separate what can be separated and assign the individual parts to the corresponding waste fractions according to local sorting rules. In this way you support effective recycling and reduction of the amount of municipal waste.
To choose a suitable packaging you can use the extended filter which is located in the upper part of the page after clicking on the relevant category (for example bottles, jars, dispensers). In the extended filter it is possible to combine several parameters at once – specifically the type of neck, the required size, colour and material. In this way you quickly narrow the offer to packaging that meets the technical and design requirements of your product and more easily find the optimal solution for the given recipe.
