The glass bottle with a black glossy surface and black-gold spray pump represents an elegant and professional packaging suitable for various liquid formulations. High-quality glass in combination with fine spraying ensures even application of the product and helps maintain the stability of sensitive components throughout the entire period of use. The opaque design contributes to limiting the access of light to the contents, which supports a longer shelf life and stability of suitable formulations.
This bottle is supplied directly with a functional spray pump that ensures comfortable and controlled product dosing. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle with spray pump is suitable for most liquid cosmetic preparations such as facial and body sprays, toners, hydrolats or hair sprays. Before final use we always recommend testing the behaviour of the specific formulation in the packaging – focusing in particular on compatibility with the spray pump, the viscosity of the product, the stability of the aroma and any sedimentation or nozzle clogging.
The glass bottle can be reused provided that hygienic principles are followed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcoholic solution, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. In this way you minimize the risk of microbial contamination, transfer of fragrances or residues of previous formulations into the new product.
Before repeated use we recommend disassembling the bottle into the glass container and the plastic parts of the spray pump. The glass can be washed with warm water and a mild detergent, thoroughly rinsed and left to dry completely. Afterwards it is advisable to rinse or spray the inner surface and the neck with disinfectant alcohol (e.g. using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 %). For the spray pump we recommend pumping a small amount of alcohol through the mechanism so that the inner capillary and nozzle are also cleaned. Before refilling, let all parts dry completely.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. After emptying and basic rinsing, the glass bottle is usually sorted into the container designated for glass. The spray pump and any plastic parts should be separated from the bottle and, according to the type of plastic, placed into the appropriate recycling stream, if the local collection system allows this. Before handing over for recycling, remove any remaining contents and make sure that the packaging is not filled with flammable or hazardous formulation residues.
