The transparent glass allows visual control of the contents and consistency, which you will appreciate for both professional and home formulations. In combination with the precise dispenser, this packaging is suitable for hygienic, controlled and repeatable dispensing of various liquid products without unnecessary waste.
This glass bottle with dispenser is designed as a functional and aesthetically coordinated combination of packaging and application system. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging works reliably with your particular product.

When designing the final product, we recommend taking into account the type of formulation, viscosity and method of use, so that you can fully utilise the potential of both the dispenser and the glass bottle. For professional use, it is advisable to test the long-term stability of the contents in the packaging under conditions that approximate real storage.
Yes, the packaging can be safely reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, both the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based disinfectant. We recommend using alcohol-based preparations, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which are available in our range as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely to prevent dilution of, or impact on, the formulation by residues of the cleaning agent.
The bottle is ideal for liquid and slightly viscous formulations where precise and clean dispensing is required. In practice, it is often used for facial serums, light oil blends, booster concentrates, special preparations for local skin treatment and hair tonics. Thanks to the transparent glass, you also have visual control over the colour, clarity and quantity of the product, which you will appreciate during quality control as well as everyday use.
Before first filling, we recommend first mechanically cleaning the bottle and dispenser (rinsing with drinking water, optionally with a mild cleaning agent), thoroughly rinsing with demineralised or distilled water and then disinfecting with a suitable alcohol. Products such as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based are suitable for disinfection and can be applied by flushing through or with a spray. After treatment, all parts must be allowed to fully evaporate and dry. The same procedure should be followed for repeated use in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination of the product.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend first emptying it completely and removing any product residues. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in a container designated for glass according to local sorting rules, while the plastic or metal parts of the dispenser belong in the appropriate collection stream according to their material composition. When sorting, follow the material information given in the parameter table of the specific product on the Handymade.sk website and the local waste management rules. In this way, you ensure that the packaging is disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner and in compliance with applicable legislation.
