The aluminium bottle is a lightweight, durable and professional packaging solution suitable for filling cosmetic preparations, technical solutions and concentrated blends. The smooth metal surface is aesthetically pleasing and at the same time helps protect more sensitive contents from external influences. Thanks to high-quality workmanship, the bottle is suitable for liquid and lower-viscosity products, while allowing precise and safe dispensing when combined with a suitable closure or applicator.
The bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators), according to the parameters selected in the product detail. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation). When working with active ingredients, essential oils or alcohol-based blends, it is advisable to verify the behaviour of the fill during long-term contact with the closure and any seals, in order to ensure optimal protection of both the product and the user.

When designing formulations and selecting a suitable container, we recommend taking into account the viscosity of the product, the method of application and the desired type of dosing, so that you make full use of all the advantages of the aluminium packaging and select the optimal closure or applicator.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if used appropriately and undamaged, always with strict adherence to hygiene rules. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected – we recommend, for example, isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured. After cleaning, allow the packaging to dry completely and only then fill it with a new product.
First remove any residues of the original product and rinse the interior with a suitable cleaning agent or warm water with a mild detergent. We then recommend using a disinfectant – for example isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol at the concentration recommended for the product. After rinsing, allow the packaging to drain, finish drying it in a clean, dust-free place and check that neither the thread nor the inner surface of the bottle is visibly damaged.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the material type indicated in the product parameters. For aluminium bottles, sorting into a container designated for metal packaging is usually used, and before disposal it is advisable to remove any remaining contents and separate any plastic parts of the closures. Follow local collection and recycling rules so that the material can be efficiently processed again.
The aluminium packaging is particularly suitable for liquid or low-viscosity preparations such as facial and hair tonics, body and massage oils, aromatic blends, home perfumes and various auxiliary solutions used in cosmetic manufacturing. When choosing, always take into account the nature of the formulation, the concentration of active substances and the selected type of closure or applicator, in order to achieve optimal dosing and protection of the contents.

Yes, the aluminium packaging is a practical choice also for smaller test series, marketing samples or product sets. Thanks to its low weight, the durability of the material and its professional appearance, it is suitable both for shipping in parcels and for handing over to clients in person. When planning samples, we recommend adapting the choice of closure – for example selecting a spray pump or a precise dropper so that users can easily test the desired amount of product.
