The plastic medicine bottle with dosing pump represents a practical solution for packaging various liquid preparations where comfortable and controlled dispensing is important. The combination of the brown bottle and the white dispenser is suitable for cosmetic and craft projects where both the protection of the contents and the aesthetic appearance of the packaging matter.
The brown colour of the packaging helps protect more sensitive formulations from light, while the quality plastic ensures low weight and durability during normal handling. Thanks to the integrated pump, the bottle is ideal for products where you need more precise application, hygienic use and limited contact of the contents with air.
This bottle with dosing pump is primarily intended for liquid to slightly gel-like formulations that allow smooth suction and dosing of the contents. For significantly thicker creams or balms, dosing may be limited, so we always recommend first testing the behaviour of the specific recipe in the packaging and, if necessary, adjusting the viscosity of the formulation.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean and disinfect the bottle thoroughly, including the relevant parts, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and at the same time prevent the transfer of the fragrance or residues of the previous product into the new formulation.
After the contents have been used up, we recommend first rinsing the packaging with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, then rinsing it several times with clean water and letting it drain thoroughly. Before new filling, it is necessary to disinfect the inner surface of the bottle as well as the parts of the dispenser, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol 96 %. After applying the alcohol, let the packaging dry completely in a clean and dust-free place to reduce the risk of contamination of the new filling.
If you decide not to continue using the bottle with dispenser, we recommend first removing any remaining contents and, where possible, separating the individual parts (bottle body, pump, possible tube). Then sort the packaging according to the type of material stated in the parameter table for the product – plastic parts belong in the appropriate plastic container according to local waste sorting rules. By sorting correctly, you support the reuse of the material and reduce the amount of non-recycled waste.
