Plastic pill jar with black cap represents a practical and professional solution for packaging and dispensing solid and loose contents. It is particularly suitable for the safe storage of tablets, capsules, granules or powder blends, where it is important to protect the product from dust, moisture and mechanical damage. Thanks to reliable closure, this pill container is ideal for home and semi-professional use in the field of cosmetics, dietary supplements and drugstore preparations.
This product is supplied as a complete combination of jar + cap, ready for immediate filling and use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The jar can be used repeatedly if you follow basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured. This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and ensure the stability of the new contents.
First, remove the residues of the original contents and rinse the jar with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent. After washing, let it dry thoroughly and then disinfect the inner walls and the cap with a suitable alcohol (for example with products available on Handymade). After the alcohol has evaporated, the packaging is ready for new filling. Always make sure that no residues of the previous product or cleaning agent remain in the packaging.
If you decide not to use the jar any further, we recommend cleaning it of content residues and then sorting it according to the material designation listed in the product parameters. The recycling symbol and type of plastic will tell you in which container the packaging belongs (for example, in the container for plastics). By proper sorting you support the reprocessing of the material and reduce the amount of waste. Before disposal, it is advisable to separate the body of the jar and the cap if they are made of different plastics.
The jar is ideal especially for packaging solid and loose products such as pills, capsules, granules, powder blends, herbal blends or cosmetic powders. Thanks to the practical cap, it is also suitable for longer-term storage of smaller doses of raw materials used in the production of home cosmetics or in body care supplements. However, we always recommend verifying the suitability of the packaging for the specific type of formulation and method of storage.
