Plastic bottle with tamper-evident ring is a practical packaging designed for the safe packing of liquid cosmetic products, household solutions and other formulations where clean dispensing and protection of the contents are important. Thanks to the transparent material, it allows easy visual control of filling level and product condition, which is appreciated by manufacturers as well as home creators for smaller and test batches.
The modern plastic material ensures low weight and good mechanical resistance during normal handling, therefore the bottle is suitable for storage as well as transport. The tamper-evident ring on the closure helps protect the contents from unintended opening and at the same time signals the first breach of the original seal, which is practical for professional sale of finished products.
Separate plastic bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, atomisers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters when ordering. Combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
When working with thicker emulsions, active substances or aromatic blends, it is advisable to continuously monitor the behaviour of raw materials in contact with the material of the closure and the container and, if necessary, adapt the method of dispensing.

The plastic material used should not be exposed to high temperatures in order to avoid the risk of deformation of the bottle and deterioration of its mechanical properties. The packaging is not intended for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling; gentle manual cleaning at appropriate temperatures and suitable disinfection procedures is recommended.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend its recycling in accordance with local rules for sorting waste for plastic packaging. When sorting, follow the material symbol given with the product and the recommendations of your collection company.
Yes, the packaging can be reused with appropriate handling, always with strict adherence to hygiene principles. Before each new filling, the bottle and closure must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. After disinfection, let the packaging dry completely at room temperature and only then refill it.
The plastic material of this bottle is not intended for exposure to high temperatures. Boiling, sterilisation in hot steam or washing in a dishwasher are not recommended, as these procedures pose a risk of deformation of the packaging and reduced stability. For cleaning, use lukewarm water with an appropriate cleaning agent, then rinse with clean water and, if necessary, disinfect with a suitable alcohol solution. When drying, avoid direct contact with heat sources such as a radiator or fan oven.
If you decide not to use the packaging anymore, we recommend recycling it within sorted waste. Before handing it over for collection, empty the bottle, if necessary rinse out product residues and check the material symbol given in the product parameters. According to this marking and local sorting rules, then place it in the appropriate container for plastic packaging. The closure and tamper‑evident ring can be recycled together with the bottle, unless your collection system states otherwise.
The bottle is ideal for liquid cosmetic products such as facial and body toners, micellar waters, light emulsions, hair tonics or watery serums. Thanks to its transparent design and practical closure, it is also suitable for working solutions, extracts, macerates and aromatic blends intended for external use. For formulations with a higher proportion of oils or active substances, we always recommend testing the compatibility of the material with the specific recipe on a smaller test sample.
