Plastic bottle – pharmaceutical bottle with glossy white-gold dispenser represents an elegant and practical packaging solution for both professional and hobby formulations. Thanks to the precisely engineered dispensing mechanism, it enables controlled and hygienic application of liquid and semi-liquid preparations, which is ideal for product ranges focused on accurate dosing and the aesthetic appearance of the packaging. The packaging is designed to provide reliable protection of the contents during storage and use, while also looking representative in the bathroom, handbag and professional salon.
This product represents a combination of bottle and dispenser in a single unit, designed for functional and aesthetic use. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – to check sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, especially for products with a higher alcohol content, active substances or with unusual viscosities.

The dispensing mechanism is designed primarily for liquid and semi-liquid formulations such as serums, light emulsions and oil blends with low to medium viscosity. For thicker products, we recommend carrying out a trial filling before final filling and testing whether dosing proceeds smoothly and without excessive pressure on the pump.
The packaging can be reused provided that basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bottle and dispenser to minimise the risk of microbial contamination or undesirable reactions between residues of the previous product and the new formulation. For disinfection we recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol from our range – you can find them in the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely before refilling.
We recommend storing filled bottles in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. The stability of the cosmetic product in the bottle also depends on the type of preservatives used and the sensitivity of the active ingredients, therefore it is advisable to follow the recommendations of the formulation and the raw material manufacturer. Always close the dispenser carefully after use to minimise the contact of the contents with air and impurities.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the material marking given in the product parameters. Before handing it over to sorted collection, remove any remaining contents and, where possible, separate the individual parts (bottle body, dispenser, possibly cap). Then place them in the appropriate container according to the type of plastic or combination of materials, as stated in the recycling recommendations for the product on Handymade.sk. By following these procedures, you contribute to more efficient waste processing and the circulation of packaging materials.
