The plastic pharmaceutical bottle with aluminium cap represents a professional packaging suitable for filling various liquid and powder formulations where protection of the contents and practical handling are important. Closing by means of a metal cap enables safe and aesthetic packaging of products that require reliable sealing and a clean dispensing opening. Thanks to the material used and the construction, this bottle is suitable for cosmetic as well as technical blends according to the specifically chosen use.
The separate bottle of this type is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems according to the specific parameters stated with the product. It is possible to use screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators, provided they have identical technical neck specifications. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The packaging is designed as a universal bottle for various liquid formulations, including many cosmetic solutions containing alcohol or active substances. For specific compositions (higher concentrations of alcohol, acids or other reactive components) we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the behaviour of the packaging material, the sealing of the aluminium cap and the stability of the product during long-term contact.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if proper hygiene principles are observed, especially for home production or smaller product series. Before each new filling, the bottle and the cap must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol available on Handymade (IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol, Ethanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný). After disinfection we recommend allowing all parts to dry completely and only then filling the new formulation.
We recommend storing the filled bottle tightly closed, in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight and sources of heat. The stability of the contents is usually best at room temperature or according to the recommendations for the specific formulation. Do not leave the packaging open for a long time in order to minimise the risk of contamination, evaporation of volatile components and changes in the product consistency.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend emptying it as thoroughly as possible and removing product residues before recycling. Then proceed according to the recycling recommendations stated in the parameter table with the product on the Handymade website – there you will find information on the type of material and the relevant sorting stream. It is advisable to separate the plastic body of the bottle and the metal cap before discarding to facilitate proper sorting in the waste collection system.
