The plastic bottle with spray pump represents a practical solution for hygienic and even application of liquid preparations in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to the combination of a lightweight plastic container and a functional spray pump, it is suitable for precise dosing of cosmetic, hygiene and technical solutions where controlled consumption and convenient use are important. This type of medicine bottle is popular for producing products in small and medium batches and is also well suited for travel sizes and tester samples.
This bottle with integrated spray pump is designed as a functional combination of container and dosing component. The packaging and cap combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, dosing behaviour and packaging stability in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, oils or active substances), so that the final product is reliably stable in the long term.

The spray pump is designed primarily for liquid, low-viscosity products that form a fine mist. Thick emulsions, gels or highly viscous oils may reduce the quality of spraying or completely prevent the mechanism from operating. For oil-based and specific formulations, we always recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing the behaviour of the spray pump under real usage conditions.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed; however, we recommend always preparing it for a new fill by thorough cleaning. Before refilling, the bottle and spray pump must be rinsed, residues of the previous product removed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution. For disinfection you can use technical isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol in a quality suitable for the product type, available for example as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly to ensure the highest possible cleanliness for the new filling.

Thanks to this, you can easily select additional bottles, jars or containers so that they match in design and at the same time meet the technical requirements of your product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, its recycling according to the material type specified in the product parameters is recommended. Before placing it in sorted collection, it is advisable to empty the bottle and, if necessary, rinse off coarse product residues. The packaging is then placed in the appropriate container according to local waste sorting rules. Information on the specific type of plastic and the recommended recycling method is given in the parameter table next to the product, so that the packaging can be placed in the correct recycling stream.
