Plastic bottle – pill bottle with black‑gold spray pump represents a practical packaging for various liquid formulations that require fine and even atomization. Thanks to the combination of a transparent plastic body and a precisely dosing spray pump, the packaging is suitable for filling cosmetic as well as hobby preparations where comfortable and controlled application to the skin, hair or surfaces is important.
The fine spray mechanism enables hygienic and economical application without contact with the contents inside the bottle, which is ideal for products prone to contamination. The transparent design facilitates visual control of the amount of filled product and contributes to easier monitoring of the stability of the contents during storage.
This packaging is supplied as a functional combination bottle + spray pump, ready for direct use without the need for additional components. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to verify long‑term stability and functionality with your specific product composition.

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly for normal cosmetic and hobby use as long as it is mechanically intact and the spray pump works without problems. However, before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect both the bottle and the spray pump, ideally using a suitable alcohol such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. Adhering to hygiene principles during cleaning and filling reduces the risk of microbial contamination and contributes to safe product use.
For maintenance of the spray pump we recommend first disassembling the packaging – separating the spray head from the bottle and rinsing the dip tube with warm water (not hot) until the residues of the previous product disappear. It is then advisable to pump clean water or diluted alcohol through the mechanism several times to clean the internal part of the spray pump. After rinsing, let all parts dry at room temperature and only then refill the bottle with a new product. By following this procedure you will maintain fine and even atomization.
The compact volume and low weight of the bottle make it a practical packaging for travelling or everyday carrying in a handbag. The spray pump is designed to seal well when the thread is tightened correctly, thus reducing the risk of unwanted product leakage. Nevertheless, we recommend always testing the bottle in advance with your formulation (especially with thin, very liquid or strongly foaming products) and, when carrying it, placing it as a precaution in an upright position or in a separate pouch.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend first emptying it and rinsing away product residues. Then separate it into individual parts – the bottle body and the spray pump – according to the material type given in the product parameters on the page. The bottle body usually belongs in sorted plastic waste, whereas the spray pump may contain a combination of several materials and, in some collection systems, should be placed in mixed waste. When sorting, follow local waste management rules and the recommendations in the parameters of the specific packaging.
