The plastic bottle with a transparent cap represents a practical and lightweight packaging suitable for filling various liquid and gel products. Thanks to its well-thought-out shape and reliable closure, the packaging is stable during storage and transport and helps maintain cleanliness and hygiene during dispensing. This type of bottle is sought after for small and medium-sized packs where a combination of aesthetics, practicality and functionality is important. The packaging is suitable for manufacturers, artisans, small brands and home production who are looking for a professional-looking and user-comfortable bottle for their products.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly with proper handling. It is always essential, however, to observe basic hygiene rules – before each new filling, thoroughly clean and rinse the bottle. We then recommend disinfecting the packaging with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured, and allowing it to dry completely before further use.
Before the first filling it is advisable to remove any dust from production and storage. Rinse the bottle with clean water, if necessary with a mild cleaning agent, rinse thoroughly and allow to dry. For cosmetic and more sensitive formulations we recommend subsequent disinfection with alcohol (for example with the products IPA 99 % or Ethanol 96 % denatured) and only filling the bottle after the alcohol has completely evaporated.
Plastic packaging of this type is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures. Contact with hot water, steam or boiling can lead to undesirable deformation of the material and weakening of its properties. For this reason we do not recommend washing the bottle in a dishwasher or sterilizing it by boiling. For cleaning and disinfection, a gentle manual procedure and the use of alcohol-based disinfectant preparations is more suitable.
The bottle is suitable for small pilot series, stability tests and comparison samples. We recommend labelling it with a sticker indicating the formula code, filling date and batch of raw materials used. When testing different types of formulations (watery toners, emulsions, gels), monitor the behaviour of the closure, the dosing and changes in consistency or fragrance over time. Based on the results, you can thus verify whether the given packaging is suitable for the specific type of your product.
When selecting packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter in the packaging material categories. After clicking on the relevant category (for example bottles, jars or pots), you will find the advanced filter at the top of the page. In it you can conveniently filter by neck type, overall size, colour and packaging material. This enables you to quickly choose a suitable combination of packaging and closure that will match your formula, brand design and intended mode of use.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend, after emptying and basic rinsing, placing it into sorted waste according to the material type specified in the product parameters. The information about the material (for example the specific type of plastic) is decisive for correct sorting – on its basis you place the packaging into the appropriate recycling container. Before handing it over to sorted waste it is advisable to remove product residues and labels so that the recycling process is as efficient as possible.
