Plastic pharmaceutical bottle with spray pump represents a practical packaging for liquid products where gentle and even dosing is important. Thanks to the combination of a high-quality plastic body and a functional spray pump, it is suitable for filling cosmetic preparations, hygiene solutions and household blends. The dark design of the bottle helps reduce light penetration and contributes to better protection of more sensitive components of the contents during storage and use.
This bottle is supplied as a complete package with functional spray pump, ready for immediate use after filling. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking sealing, dosing quality and the behaviour of the packaging material in contact with the specific formulation, in order to ensure long-term stability and trouble-free use.

When looking for a suitable bottle or jar, we recommend using the advanced filter in the packaging material categories. You can find it at the top of the page after clicking on the selected category. You can clearly filter products by type of neck, size, colour and material, which allows you to quickly find the packaging that best matches your product and the intended dosing method.
The packaging can be reused if handled properly and undamaged, always with strict adherence to hygiene principles. Before each refilling, the bottle and spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Only after complete drying and airing is the packaging ready for refilling.
When filling, we recommend using a funnel or a suitable dosing aid to avoid contamination of the neck or thread. Do not fill the bottle right up to the top; leave a small space to safely screw on the spray pump. After closing, check that the spray pump is tightened evenly and, in the case of low-viscosity liquids, perform a test press to verify even dosing and sealing.
Protect the bottle and spray pump from mechanical damage and from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures. When cleaning, use mild soapy solutions and gentle tools so as not to scratch the surface or deform the thread or nozzle. After washing, allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature. Before reuse, it is advisable to disinfect the packaging with the recommended alcohol-based products and only then fill it again.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle with spray pump, we recommend first emptying it as much as possible and removing any product residues. Then check the information about the packaging material in the product parameter table and, according to the indicated type of plastic, place the individual parts into the appropriate separated waste stream (typically a plastic container or a specific plastic category according to the marking). It is advisable to separate the spray pump and the body of the packaging so that the individual components can be processed as efficiently as possible in the recycling process.
