Plastic bottle – pharmaceutical bottle with cream dispenser with smoky top represents a practical and professional packaging for cream and gel preparations that enables convenient, hygienic and precise dispensing. Thanks to the high‑quality plastic material, the bottle is suitable for filling thicker emulsions, serums and creams that require protected and controlled dispensing without the content coming into contact with the air more than is necessary during normal use.
The packaging is designed to provide optimal protection of cosmetic formulations against contamination and at the same time to facilitate dispensing during everyday use. The smoky top part gives the bottle an elegant appearance and helps visually distinguish the product within the brand portfolio or in home craft production.
This type of cosmetic bottle belongs among standalone packages that are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing according to the parameters selected in the product detail. With a properly chosen neck, it is possible to combine, for example, screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators, always depending on the specific version of the packaging offered in the e‑shop.
The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, so that you can be sure of long‑term stability and trouble‑free use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle with dispenser is intended primarily for creams, emulsions and gels of normal to medium viscosity. For very thick or high‑oil formulations, we always recommend performing a trial filling on a smaller sample to verify smooth dispensing and the correct function of the mechanism. If the cream comes out of the dispenser with too much difficulty or not at all, it is appropriate to adjust its consistency or choose another type of packaging, for example a jar or a wider container.
Before the first filling we recommend disassembling the packaging into the accessible parts and mechanically cleaning it from dust and impurities. Afterwards it is appropriate to disinfect the internal surfaces of the packaging with a suitable alcohol‑based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol intended for this purpose. After thorough evaporation of the alcohol and drying, you can fill the bottle with cream under hygienic conditions, ideally in a clean working environment with minimised contact with the skin.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene rules are observed, especially for own‑brand or artisan cosmetics. Before each new filling it is necessary to empty the bottle as thoroughly as possible, clean it mechanically and then carefully disinfect the internal surfaces as well as the dispensing mechanism. For disinfection we recommend the use of alcohol‑based preparations such as isopropyl alcohol (for example the product IPA 99) or denatured ethanol of plant origin, which are available in the e‑shop’s offer. After cleaning and complete drying the packaging can be refilled with a new product.
First we recommend removing the residues of the original product by mechanically rinsing and, if necessary, with a mild non‑abrasive cleaning agent suitable for the plastic material. Afterwards it is appropriate to disinfect the rinsed packaging with alcohol, for example with isopropyl alcohol available in the product IPA 99 isopropyl alkohol 1 l or with denatured ethanol from the product Etanol 96 % denaturovany rastlinny 1 l. After applying the alcohol, let the packaging and dispenser dry thoroughly at room temperature so that the alcohol residues completely evaporate before the next filling.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we primarily recommend recycling it according to the type of plastic material specified in the product parameters and on the packaging itself. Before handing it over to sorted waste, it is appropriate to empty the bottle as much as possible and, if necessary, quickly rinse any remaining contents. Then place the packaging in the container intended for that type of plastic according to local waste sorting rules. In this way you help reduce the amount of waste and support a more sustainable approach to the use of packaging material.
To select the right packaging you can use the extended filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the extended filter it is possible to filter the packaging conveniently according to neck type, size, colour and material, which enables you to quickly narrow the offer to packaging suitable for your specific product. By combining these parameters you can search for bottles, jars, pots or pharmaceutical bottles that will best meet the consistency, dispensing method and visual requirements of your product.
