Plastic dispenser 24/410 white-gold matt 220 mm is an elegant and functional dispensing solution for liquid products that require precise and comfortable application. The reliable pump mechanism ensures even dosing and, thanks to the length of the dip tube, it is also suitable for taller bottles and vials. This type of dispenser is popular for professional and hobby filling of cosmetics, body care and home formulations.
They are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The dispenser is primarily intended for liquid to medium-viscosity products, such as liquid soaps, body milks, emulsions and facial products. With very thick creams and butters, dosing may be limited or less smooth, so we recommend performing a test with your specific formulation before final filling and, if necessary, choosing a more suitable type of packaging (for example a jar or pot).
The dispenser can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the dispenser and the respective bottle, rinsing them and then disinfecting them with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after complete drying is the dispenser ready for new filling.
Screw the dispenser onto a bottle with a compatible neck according to the product parameters and make sure that the thread is tightened evenly, without cross-threading. After filling the packaging, press the pump several times until the system is filled with product and the dosing stabilizes. If you do not use the dispenser for a longer period, a short re-priming with a few strokes without discharge may be necessary until the product is drawn into the dip tube.
To select a suitable bottle, vial or other packaging, you can use the extended filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the selected category. With the help of the filter you can quickly narrow down the range according to the neck, size, colour and material of the packaging. Then you just need to choose a compatible dispenser according to the specified parameters or use the pre-prepared combinations of packaging + closure directly in our offer.
We recommend filling a smaller amount of product into the selected bottle with this dispenser and monitoring the sealing, functionality of the pump and stability of the packaging in contact with the formulation. Check that there is no leakage, clogging of the mechanism or deterioration of the material. It is advisable to carry out the test under normal storage conditions for at least several days so that you can be sure that the selected combination is reliable in the long term.
If you decide not to reuse the dispenser, we recommend that after emptying the product you remove any remaining contents and then recycle it according to the type of material indicated in the parameter table at the product on the Handymade website. Follow local waste sorting rules – most often this means sorted plastic waste. In the case of combined materials, proceed according to the recommendation in the packaging parameters or hand it over to a collection yard that can properly process such material.
