Recycled plastic bottle with transparent cap is a practical packaging suitable for modern, sustainably conceived packaging of liquid and slightly viscous products. Thanks to the recycled material used, it represents a functional solution for brands and home production that seek a combination of aesthetics, reliability and a responsible approach to the environment. The bottle is designed so that, with correct use, it provides safe preservation of the contents, easy handling and a clean, professional appearance of the final product.
The individual plastic bottle is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters in the offer – for example with screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable product, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol (IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol, Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný). This minimizes the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable changes of the product during repeated use of the packaging.
After emptying, we recommend first rinsing the bottle and the cap with lukewarm water and a small amount of suitable detergent, then rinsing thoroughly with drinking water and allowing to dry. After drying it is advisable to disinfect the inner surface of the packaging as well as the thread with an alcohol-based product (e.g. IPA or ethanol) and allow the alcohol residues to evaporate. During handling it is important to work with clean hands and in an environment that minimizes the risk of contamination.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters. Before disposal, it is advisable to empty the bottle and, if necessary, rinse out any product residues, and then sort it into the container intended for that type of plastic according to local waste collection rules. The cap can be sorted separately if the collection system allows it. By sorting correctly you support material recycling and the reuse of raw materials.
The plastic packaging is not intended for exposure to high temperatures or for long-term contact with very hot media. When the recommended temperature limits are exceeded, unwanted deformation of the shape, deterioration of sealing or shortening of the material’s service life may occur. For these reasons, washing in a dishwasher or boiling is not recommended; for cleaning, rather choose hand washing in lukewarm water followed by disinfection with a suitable alcohol-based product.
The simplest way to choose suitable packaging is to use the extended filter in the packaging material categories. By combining these filters you quickly narrow the offer down to bottles, jars or pots that best match the needs of your product and the method of application.
