Before the first filling, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle (rinsing with a suitable cleaning agent, rinsing well with water) and then disinfecting it with alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. After applying the alcohol, it is important to allow the bottle to dry thoroughly at room temperature in order to remove residual moisture and alcohol. Only then is it suitable to proceed to filling with the final product.

However, for each new combination of contents and packaging we recommend carrying out your own sealing test – fill the packaging, close firmly, briefly invert it or subject it to slight pressure and check whether any leakage occurs. Such a test helps to prevent undesired leakage of the product during travel.

If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it according to the material specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the packaging should, after emptying and basic cleaning of product residues, be sorted into the appropriate container for glass. The plastic cap must be separated and placed in the appropriate container for plastic, if the sorting system in your location allows this. By following these principles you support effective material recycling and reduce the amount of waste.
