The glass bottle with a glossy surface and elegant dispensing is intended primarily for professional and home packaging of cosmetic preparations, serums and concentrated liquids, for which precise and hygienic application is important. Thanks to high-quality glass and an optimized dispenser, it is suitable for packaging liquid and slightly viscous formulations and helps to maintain their stability during use.
The dark, opaque glass naturally contributes to the protection of sensitive components from light, thereby supporting longer shelf life and unchanged quality of the contents. The aesthetic black-and-gold design makes it a representative packaging for premium products that are meant to stand out in both appearance and functionality.
This glass bottle with dispenser forms a well-thought-out combination of packaging and closure, designed for reliable and comfortable dosing of liquid cosmetic preparations. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verify the sealing, smoothness of dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, oil content, acidity or presence of alcohol).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters. When designing your product, we recommend checking this data in order to harmonise the type of packaging with the character of the formulation, the method of use and the planned storage.
Yes, the glass packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in order to minimise the risk of contamination of the new batch of product. For disinfection, we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry completely and only then refill it again.
The bottle is ideal for packaging concentrated facial serums, oil elixirs, special treatment cures and products that are applied in small amounts but regularly. Thanks to the dosing, it is particularly suitable for liquid and slightly viscous formulations where a precise and repeatable dose is important with each use.
First remove the residues of the original product by rinsing as thoroughly as possible with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent that is compatible with the type of contamination (for example, a degreaser in the case of oils). Then rinse the bottle with clean water so that no residues of detergent remain in it. In the next step, carry out disinfection – fill part of the bottle volume with alcohol (e.g. IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 %), shake it, let it act and then let the packaging dry freely with the opening facing downwards on a clean surface. Only after it is completely dry is the bottle ready for new filling.
Always store the bottle well closed, in a dry environment and away from direct sunlight or sources of heat. Although the glass material helps to protect the contents, the stability of the product is also significantly influenced by the temperature and repeated opening. For sensitive active substances, it is advisable to keep stocks rather in smaller amounts and to top them up as needed in order to minimise the time during which the product is exposed to air.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend removing any remaining product from it before disposal. The glass body of the bottle can in most cases be handed over to separated glass collection according to local rules. The dispenser part and any plastic or metal components should, where possible, be separated and placed in the appropriate collection according to the material, which is listed in the product parameters and on the packaging markings. Always follow local recommendations for waste separation so that recycling is as effective as possible.
