The glass bottle with a glossy black surface and an elegant black-and-gold dispenser is a representative container suitable for modern cosmetic formulations, serums, emulsions and other liquid products. Thanks to high-quality glass and precise dosing, it helps maintain the stability of the contents, minimizes contact with the external environment and supports the professional presentation of the brand. The dark, opaque glass also contributes to the protection of sensitive components from light, which is especially important for products prone to degradation.
The combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation). In this way you ensure the long-term stability of the product, comfort during use and minimize the risk of leakage or changes in the properties of the contents.

The glass body of the bottle is generally suitable for most oil-based and water-based cosmetic formulations. Before including it in your product range, however, we recommend carrying out your own compatibility test with the specific product – checking the behaviour of the packaging over time, the stability of the fragrance, colour and consistency, and also testing the functionality of the dispenser during long-term use.
The container can be reused provided that strict hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based product, for example with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol of plant origin. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and evaporated is the bottle ready for refilling, thus minimizing the risk of microbial contamination and affecting the stability of the product.
Before reuse, we recommend first cleaning the container mechanically – rinsing out the residues of the original product with a suitable cleaning agent and thoroughly rinsing with drinking water. Then apply disinfection using an alcohol solution (e.g. IPA 99% or 96% ethanol), allow it to act and dry completely. It is advisable to rinse the dispenser and pump a small amount of alcohol through it so that the entire mechanism is cleaned, while it is important to prevent the ingress of impurities during drying.
If you decide not to reuse the container, we recommend its environmentally friendly disposal according to the type of material listed in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in the glass container after removing any product residues. The dispenser and plastic components should be sorted according to the material designation into the appropriate collection container. Before disposal, empty and clean the container as much as possible to minimize product residues in the waste.
