Glass bottle – pharmaceutical bottle with spray pump represents a professional packaging for precise dosing of cosmetic and other liquid preparations. The fine sprayer enables even application of the product directly onto the skin, hair or the chosen surface, making the packaging ideal for formulations where control over the amount and method of application is important.
White opaque glass helps to limit light penetration to the sensitive contents, which supports the stability of colorants, active ingredients and aromatic components. The packaging is suitable for liquid products with low to medium viscosity that require fine spraying and hygienic dosing without direct contact with the remaining contents in the bottle.
This bottle is supplied directly with a sprayer, and combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – verifying sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, including long-term storage and repeated use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The glass packaging is in general very stable towards most cosmetic formulations, including preparations containing alcohol or active ingredients. However, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – first fill a smaller trial amount of the formulation and monitor any changes in colour, viscosity, scent or sprayer functionality over several days to weeks.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are followed. Before each new filling, it is important to thoroughly clean the bottle and the sprayer, rinse them and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example by using the products IPA 99% – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured vegetable. Only after complete drying and evaporation of the alcohol should you refill the bottle, ideally with the same or a similar type of formulation.
First completely empty the packaging and disassemble it into individual parts (bottle and sprayer). Wash the glass container in warm water with a mild cleaning agent, rinse thoroughly and allow it to dry. Then spray or rinse the inner surface of the bottle and the parts of the sprayer with alcohol (e.g. IPA or ethanol from the Handymade range), which ensures surface disinfection. After complete evaporation of the alcohol you can refill the packaging. When cleaning the sprayer, we recommend gentle rinsing and avoiding mechanical damage to the nozzle.
The sprayer is ideal for products that require even, fine application without excessive wetting of the skin or hair. You can use it for toners with hydrolats, caring serums in a light water-based or emulsion base, strengthening hair tonics, styling mists or facial refreshers. For formulations with a higher content of oil phase, always test whether the final viscosity allows reliable spraying and whether the nozzle does not leak or clog.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend responsibly recycling it according to the material types indicated in the product parameters. The glass bottle can usually be placed, after emptying and rinsing, into the designated glass container. The plastic parts of the sprayer should be sorted into the appropriate plastic waste according to local sorting rules. Before disposal, remove as much product residue as possible so that the packaging is prepared for the recycling process.
To select the right packaging, you can use the extended filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the chosen packaging category. In the extended filter you can clearly set parameters such as neck type, size, colour or packaging material. Thanks to this, you will quickly find bottles, jars or pharmaceutical bottles that will suit your specific product and the desired dosing method.
